At AJ Construction, we take pride in our employees! We strive to hire individuals who are skilled, hard-working and have the initiative and desire to grow! With our 2 locations, we’re able to provide employees with experiences across a variety of projects and demographic areas.
Our Field Crews are responsible for all aspects of the project at the jobsite: loading and unloading equipment, locating existing utilities, preparing cable routes and placing the cable, and restoring the jobsite back to normalcy. A CDL is not required but our crew members are encouraged to obtain one.
Our Office Team is responsible for bidding, marketing, human resources, purchase materials, construction, finance and safety. Because we have 2 locations, our Office Team communicates daily with customers and our Field Crew to ensure jobs are done with 100% satisfaction.
Our Maintenance Team is responsible for equipment repairs at both of our locations. Our mechanics offer a wide range of experiences so regardless of the vehicle or equipment, large or small, our Maintenance Team can handle it all!
